DELICATE RED RADISH DIP

I never meant to write a blog about recipes. Actually, I never went to recipes and cooked experimentally. Two years ago I moved to Barcelona for several reasons. One of the main ones was a permanent access to fresh fruit, vegetables and fish. And then I started to miss the Czech cuisine. Gradually, I learned traditional recipes of my mom on skype with her. Since I am allergic especially to gluten and milk, I decided to adjust the recipes for my needs. It turned out that it tastes and it tastes great. Some recipes, however, I do not want to cheat even a little bit, and it is not actually necessary. So my first recipe for you is super simple dip. And I believe also for those who do not like red radish. Is suitable with salads, or whole grain bread. I eaten this kind of spread dip as a small child during the summer almost every week. You will surely love the freshness and unmistakable slightly spicy flavor.
Perfect easy and great delicious spread - dip for breakfast or summer brunch.

 We need only a few ingredients. A bunch of radishes (around 12 heads), bigger quantity of chives, curd or cottage/fresh cheese, spoonful of butter to soften the taste (put into the bowl  to melt), Himalayan salt, freshly ground pepper, spoon of mustard and...

Three hard-boiled eggs. Then we have to roughly shred radishes and squeeze excess water, if you do not want to make a sauce or dressing :-)

 Add cottage cheese or better a curd cheese.


Chop a chives


Add into the bowl


with spoon of mustard, salt and pepper (as much you like)


and mix thoroughly


Now cut the eggs on slices, no need fine chopping...


they are crushing themselves with stirring.


Let it cool  in the fridge for twenty minutes. Whether you serve this delicious Czech Dip with salad or on bred ...  I wish you simply, enjoy your meal!
